Hey everyone!  Greetings from the Resolutions & Bylaws Writing Committee.  We are quickly approaching the long awaited 2023 HDSA Chapter Convention on Saturday March 11!  

Want to write and submit a resolution or bylaws amendment but don’t know where to start?  Already have practice in writing proposals but would like to have other members review it technically  before finding cosigners?  

Come to the Resolutions & Bylaws writing committee for support!  We will be offering a couple workshops based on membership demand.  The first workshop will be on Sat. Jan 21 at 1pm held at the first unionized Starbucks on Shepherd Drive.  It will be a guided session with an introduction to the parts of a resolution & working on drafts.

The resolutions and bylaws amendment proposal submission period opened on Sat. Jan. 14.  The submission period will close on Sat. Feb. 18.  Shortly after this period, the proposals will be shared with membership & open to review & amendment suggestions to the proposals.
