Hilton Americas workers went on strike this Labor Day, making history with the first hotel workers strike in Texas. These workers are demanding a living wage and dignity on the job. While Hilton rakes billions in profits and pays their CEO over $30 million a year, the people who clean the rooms and serve guests are struggling to pay rent and buy groceries, often working multiple jobs just to survive.
