Right now, thousands of Starbucks baristas across the country are on strike to demand an end to union busting and a fair first contract.

While Houston stores aren’t on strike, workers here are organizing and standing with those who are.

That’s why SBWU Houston, in collaboration with Houston DSA & Houston YALL, is hosting TWO community sip-ins!

Show up in solidarity and let workers know they’re not alone. This Starbucks location is celebrating 3 years of union strong!

Note: There is an ongoing boycott in solidarity with striking baristas. Attendees are encouraged to buy the cheapest item on the menu (purchase required to sit in-store), tip well, and ensure the action remains worker-focused.
