CEO Wayne Young rammed through union busting changes to the Consultation Policy. These changes restrict organizers’ ability to talk with coworkers about the union and cut in half the number of consultation meetings with the CEO. These changes directly undermine our ability to organize for much needed changes at The Harris Center. Stand with United Workers of Harris Center on Wednesday morning to demand that the Harris Center:

1. Protect employees’ right to talk with coworkers about the union.
2. Restore meaningful consultation meetings with the CEO.
3. Require Wayne Young to give back the nearly $100,000 “performance award.”
4. Provide a pay raise for all Harris Center workers.
5. Ensure frontline employees and their union have a real voice in choosing the next CEO.
