Join us for our abortion fund-a-thon film screening of The Janes on July 16 from 1-5 pm. All donations go directly to Buckle Bunnies Fund, a Texas-wide abortion mutual aid network.

Our hybrid in-person and online event will feature speakers from the front lines of the fight for abortion access, a film discussion, and interactive deep question boards! We will have break-out discussions for online and in-person attendees.

In-person attendees can enjoy Meek’s Vegan Pizza, Houston’s own Black-owned pizza shop serving the tastiest vegan :pizza: even the most meat-loving among us will adore! We will also have homemade baked goods and popcorn! We’ll even have heart-to-heart abortion conversation cards to break the ice :ice_cube:

The Janes documents the Jane Collective, a Chicago group in the late 1960s to early 70s that clandestinely helped people access abortions when they were illegal pre-Roe v. Wade.
