The key to developing effective pressure campaign strategy is power mapping: identifying the decision-makers we need to move and analyzing the relationships between them and other powerful or influential organizations or individuals. At this workshop, our visiting national staff organizer will guide us through the process using a potential immigrant rights campaign as an example.
