Decolonize Houston: Community Meal and Discussion

La Raza for Liberation and Houston DSA Racial Justice Working Group invite you to participate in a free community meal and open discussion on decolonizing. 

Just a few of the topics:

What does decolonization mean and how do we apply it to our organizing? 

Why we need to acknowledge Nature and how important it is to recognize whose land we are standing on. 

Identifying the disastrous role that the CAFO’s/Factory Farming industry plays in oppressing people, animals and Nature.

Mini workshops:

-Making Seedbombs! This is hands on engagement so be prepared to get dirty. This is a child friendly activity! 

-Accomplices NOT Allies!
