DESCRIPTION:CEO Wayne Young rammed through union busting changes to the Consultation Policy. These changes restrict organizers’ ability to talk with coworkers about the union and cut in half the number of consultation meetings with the CEO. These changes directly undermine our ability to organize for much needed changes at The Harris Center.
